Client Services & Reception
The Alta Vista Animal Hospital has two teams that work our front desk areas. One team manages our daily activity in the General Care side of our business and the other managers the Emergency hours as well as our Speciality Services clients. On top of the service you will receive from our front house staff, we also have an award winning Client Care Center who tends to all your important phone calls. They manage over 1400 calls per month. They help with everything from booking your appointments, updating you on your pet's status after a procedure as well as help answer any urgent questions you may have!
