Professional Bio
Dr. de Madron has been a cardiology specialist for 21 years. He joined Alta Vista Animal Hospital in 1999. He has a cat named, Pitchounette. He is married to Pascale, and has 2 kids: Fanny and Sebastien. His hobbies include all kind of outdoors activities such as skiing, hiking, canoeing, rock-climbing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. He particularly loves going on multi-day expeditions on rivers with a canoe. What he loves about his work is the rapid technological evolution which allows us to do more non-surgical interventional procedures such as closing PDA, inserting stents in collapsing tracheas, and pallative procedures for diseases that were not possible to treat before.
